Balance Request Guidelines 

Thank you for visiting our website. We will try to have your request answered as quickly as we can. Due to the unpredictable nature of our in-store operations, we ask that you allow us 1-2 business days to provide a response. Note that we will not respond to incomplete forms and can only get back to you during our normal operating hours. 

As outlined in our Consignor Agreement, we allow pay-outs once every 30 days. Balances are paid by request. We can provide payment via Venmo, Zelle, or PayPal. Payment in the form of a check will take additional time to be fulfilled. Balances less than $30 cannot be paid out unless there are 0 available items in your account.
